School holidays are slowly creeping our way, and BD has come to the rescue!

Once again we are offering our BD KIDS camp during these QLD and NSW School holidays.This is a full days hands on workshop within the BD facility, taught by the educated BD coaches.

Each daily workshop ensures that:

- Your children can effectively learn the foundations of health and fitness.

- Your child maintains physical and cognitive stimulation while on break.

- The stress is taken off you parents to find a child minder.


What to expect:

Each day consists of varied group exercise sessions as well as nutritional seminars and cooking demos.

In particular, you kids will be taught:

- How to warm up, cool down and stretch effectively.

- How to lift weights and move correctly. 

- How to use different energy systems while training.

- How to understand basic nutrition and cook healthy meals. (They will create their own morning snack!)


The kids get an awesome day in the BD facility learning about maintaning a healthy/ fit/ strong lifestyle for the future.


Days and TImes:

Dates for this school holidays Kids camp will be

Week 1: Tues 4th, Thursday 6th.

Week 2: Tues 11th, Thursday 13th.


Each day runs from 9am-4pm.



Prices are $60 per child per day. 


There will be a cap of 8 kids per day of Kids Camp. 



My kids, aged 11 & 9, have watched me do BD classes for months and when the opportunity came up for them to be involved and learn from my coaches I didn't have to think twice.

The team of super coaches provide an amazing learning environment for the kids. They mix the whole day up with stretches, food prep and mini training sessions. They come away hot, sweaty and desperate to come back the very next day.

I highly recommend this kids camp for any child aged 6 to 16. So much fun.

My daughters aged 9 and 11 attended the kids camps at Body Dynamics during the summer holidays and you know when your 9 year old daughter comes home from school and asks for spinach, almond milk and berry smoothie for afternoon tea  before she completes her push ups, you know they have experienced something life shaping and positive!

They participated in nutrition session, strength sessions, stretch sessions and Crossfit sessions.  Words such as AMRAP, WOD and MetCon became part of their conversation and their focus turned to the weights they could lift, the exercises they could do and the PB that they could beat!   Push ups, chin ups and planks became common place as they became inspired to be strong. It was inspiring because it was just so much fun but the foundation they now have in proper technique, good nutrition and the belief that being strong as a girl is not only achievable but is something they want, is the real life changing moment.Body Dynamics is simply full of role models i want my children to be around.

Aleana Myers continues to inspire, encourage and develop them each Saturday in the Kids hour class and I would recommend these days or classes to anyone without hesitation. I do the Kids classes with my daughters on a Saturday, its hard to keep up!!!
