This service is more personalised and specific to the individual.
It can be used to improve athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, weight loss/gain, chronic disease management.
Functional movement screenings/ specific exercise tests are completed before each program to ensure baseline standards are achieved and positive outcomes are met.
The sessions are one-on-one or run in small groups of athletes; maximum of 4 people per coach.
