Accredited Exercise Physiologists delivering clinical exercise programs for chronic disease, rehabilitation, disability, and healthy ageing. Medicare, DVA, NDIS & private health accepted.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-trained allied health professionals who specialise in prescribing exercise as medicine. Unlike a gym personal trainer, an AEP has a clinical focus β assessing, designing, and delivering evidence-based exercise programs for people with chronic conditions, disability, and complex health needs.
At Body Dynamics, our EPs work closely with your GP, specialists, and the rest of your allied health team to deliver coordinated, effective care. Whether you're managing a chronic disease, recovering from surgery, living with a disability, or simply wanting to age well β we're in your corner.
Our Exercise Physiologists are trained to treat a wide range of chronic and complex conditions through evidence-based exercise prescription.
Multiple funding pathways are available β cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting the care you need.
Up to 5 subsidised sessions per year under a GP's Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. A gap fee may apply.

Both are allied health professionals, but EPs specialise in exercise prescription for chronic disease, disability, and injury prevention β while physios focus more on acute injury assessment and manual therapy. EPs design long-term exercise programs; physios often treat the immediate injury.
Not always. DVA card holders need no referral. For Medicare-subsidised sessions, you need a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP. NDIS participants, private health, and private pay clients can book directly.
It varies by condition and goals. Most clients see meaningful change within 8β12 sessions. We'll give you a clear program timeline at your initial assessment.
