Women's health exercise physiology is a specialised area of clinical exercise that addresses conditions unique to or more prevalent in women, including pelvic floor dysfunction, hormonal changes during menopause, pre and postnatal fitness, osteoporosis, and chronic conditions like PCOS and endometriosis. Our accredited EPs design evidence-based exercise programs tailored to your specific needs and life stage.
Yes. With a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPC), you can access up to 5 subsidised EP sessions per year. This applies to conditions such as PCOS, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and more. Contact us to confirm eligibility.
Yes. Our EPs are experienced in postnatal care, helping new mums safely return to exercise, address pelvic floor issues, and manage conditions like diastasis recti. We offer both clinic and home visit sessions.
