Stay strong, independent, and active as you age β with evidence-based exercise programs designed specifically for older Australians. In-clinic at Varsity Lakes or home visits across the Gold Coast.
Staying active as we age isn't just about fitness β it's about maintaining independence, preventing falls, managing chronic conditions, and living life on your own terms. Research is unequivocal: regular, targeted exercise is the single most effective intervention for healthy ageing.
Our accredited Exercise Physiologists specialise in designing safe, evidence-based programs for older adults. We assess your strength, balance, bone density, cardiovascular health, and functional capacity β then create a program that helps you stay strong and independent for longer.
Whether you're managing arthritis, recovering from a hip replacement, concerned about falls, or simply wanting to stay active well into your 80s β we're here for the long haul.
Our healthy ageing EPs work across a broad range of age-related conditions β from fall prevention through to complex chronic disease management.
Multiple funding pathways are available so cost is never a barrier to getting the care you need.
Allied health services including Exercise Physiology can be funded through your Home Care Package as part of your approved care plan goals. Speak to your case manager or contact us β we'll help you navigate the process.
